Return Policy

You may purchase merchandise from this website by using any one of the payment options listed. Business Architecture Associates reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.

Payment Policy

No individual registrant will be allowed to attend training course(s) unless payment for that individual registrant has been received prior to the start date of the training course. No exceptions.

Refund Policy

Cancellation up to 30 days prior to the start of training is refundable at 50% of the fee. Cancellation inside of 30 days of the start of training is not refundable. An attendee may switch to another BAA training event up to the start of the training without penalty.
